There is no comparing to other Ryzen 5000 CPUs (Ryzen 7000 maybe). Water isn't guaranteed to help, especially without a newer block made with these CPUs in mind (Optimus, TechN, Velocity2). I used Ryzen Master's auto curve optimizer feature and it set all my cores to -30. I then went into Bios and put a manual +125mhz boost offset in the PBO settings. With those settings, I am seeing Idle temps between 37-40c, max single core temps around 58c and all core temps at 89c.
