Recently I found out that on some intel hardware pc, you can use hardware acceleration to encode videos that makes it a lot faster. So it doesn't take over 30 minutes to encode a 10 minute video at 3.2 fps. According to what I learned my pc uses a supported intel chip that supports encoding VP9 format.
